Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village
Kuni Lexus, located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, is a One Hundred and Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred and Nineteen (“159,419”) square foot ground up Lexus dealership completed by The Gravity Company in 2013. Since completion, this industry award-winning dealership has been a Lexus Benchmark dealership, making it the flagship dealership of the Lexus brand. Our design for this dealership was awarded the 2015 Interior Design Excellence Award (IDEA Award) for Retail Space design.
Project highlights
Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village features a second-floor balcony car display with a Rocky Mountain backdrop and a four-level parking structure housing both inventory and service. The dealership has other guest amenities and features such as a spa, movie theater, two libraries with wood burning fireplaces, game room complete with 1892 antique billiard table, cappuccino bar, computer workstations, custom refreshment bar, Thirty Two (“32”) foot tall Lexus branded water wall, green live-wall lined service drive and aftermarket boutique.
The project was a design build project for Kuni Automotive from Vancouver, Washington and was completed under a special use permit, and re-zoning modifications, required to permit construction of an automotive dealership in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Michael Graves and members of the Gravity team worked at the direction of Kuni to secure those permits and zoning modifications for this project.
